Volunteer Gardening 3rd Sunday of every month: 1-4PM Help to maintain the grounds of the church, at your own pace. Jobs available for all, regardless of age or ability! Refreshments provided for workers.
Jazz Concert - Peadar Long's Celestial Echoes Sunday 29th April 2007 - 3.30pm Come and enjoy some specially devised uplifting Jazz for church's at the Unitarian. The concert will comprise two 45 minute sets with an interval between, where tea and coffee will be served. Paedar Long and Dave Nelson (www.piano40.co.uk) live. Tickets cost �6 adults / �4 concessions / �1 under 16s. Doors open at 3pm.
Calderdale College Art Show Saturday 30th June 2007 - Thursday 5th July
Summer Picnics Sunday 1st July 2007, 5th August 2007, 2nd September 2007 - 1-3pm Community picnics in the grounds of the Unitarian. Todmorden Community Band will be playing at the first picnic on 1st July.
English Heritage Open Day September 2007 A selection of the original architects drawings for the magnificent Unitarian Church have been found, including some full size A1 plans. The local committee are planning to have these put on display inside the church shortly. Where possible, some of the smaller drawings may be placed on this website when available.
Candlelit Christmas Carols December 2007 After the success of last years event, the local committee plan to hold another carol concert in 2007, Details will follow at an appropriate time ... when the committee feel happy to be thinking about the festive period! See photos of last years event.
